One-way carbon fiber fabric reinforced floor slabs, these two points cannot be ignored!
Unidirectional carbon fiber fabric is widely used in the field of structural strengthening. Whether it is bridges, floors, beams or floors, the use of carbon fiber cloth can achieve a good strengthening effect. However, if you want to achieve the ideal floor strengthening effect, you must remember the following two items.

Two Points, Carbon Fiber Strengthening Slabs
1. Unload first when using carbon fiber cloth to reinforce the floor. If the load is not unloaded in advance, the strengthening structure will bear the floor gravity plus the live load. At this time, the pasted carbon fiber cloth does not share the load. Only when the load is increased again, the carbon fiber will distribute part of the load accordingly, which will cause low material utilization and affect the strengthening effect.
2. Before sticking the carbon fiber cloth, be sure to thoroughly clean the dust and other attachments on the floor. When pasting, follow the principles of reliable anchoring and saving materials. The number of layers of carbon fiber cloth should be determined according to the actual situation. Generally, it should not exceed 4 layers.
