Wipe the bonding surface of the FRP laminate with industrial acetone until the carbon-free particles are checked by wiping the white cloth.
Apply the prepared carbon fiber laminate adhesive immediately to the carbon laminate. When smearing, the adhesive layer should be in the shape of middle thickness and thin on both sides in the direction of board width, with an average thickness of 1.5mm~2mm.
The glue-coated FRP laminate is gently pressed on the line-setting position of the concrete bonding surface by hand, and then evenly flattened and compacted along the fiber direction with a special rubber drum. A small amount of glue should be extruded from both sides of the FRP laminate. When compacting, no slip should be made.
When two-layer FRP laminate need to be pasted, the above steps should be repeated for continuous pasting. If it can not be immediately pasted, the finished carbon fiber laminate's surface should be wiped clean before re-pasting;
According to the same technological requirements, the 150 * 150mm prefabricated carbon fiber laminate plate should be pasted near the reinforcement site.
