There are more cracks in the three floor slab of 1# building (1B) in the residential district.

The original concrete strength of the beam and slab structure is C30, there are so many different cracks in the top of the three layers of slab in the construction process. After checking the calculation of upper load, the strength, cracks and deflection of the design, reinforcement is needed, and carbon fiber wrapping is used for reinforcement.

Materials

Carbon fiber fabric: use A first class 200 grams of carbon fiber fabric, the elastic modulus is not less than 2.1 * 10⁵MPa, the ultimate strength is not less than 3000MPa, elongation is not less than 1.5%.

CFRP adhesive used A grade carbon fiber adhesive

A grade crack repair adhesive
