Cause of seepage water seepage
1, due to various reasons such as temperature difference and other reasons, the basement roof cracks.
2, the line pipes are buried more, resulting in thinner concrete at the pipe line, resulting in cracks between different materials.
Repair method
The local cracks are reinforced by carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) wrap while the surface is impermeable and grouting.
Carbon fiber fabric is used to reinforce the bottom of the concrete slab after treatment. The CFRP reinforcement structure technology is to paste carbon fiber cloth on the concrete surface by resin adhesive material, so as to strengthen the reinforcement of the structure and component.
For the crack which has been through, the 1600mm width of the distribution of the lower crack is attached to a layer of carbon fiber cloth along the force direction, and the 200mm wide carbon fiber strip is pressed along the edge of the CFRP cloth along the crack direction.
