After use the cement mortar repair the leakage, the site is reinforced by the paste of unidirectional carbon fiber wrap, the thickness of carbon fiber wrap is 0.111mm, and the standard value of tensile strength is 3000Mpa.
Project overview
Because of construction problems, there are concrete quality defects in one to four storeys, some of them have column angle leakage. According to the field conditions, the quality defects of the concrete are treated as follows. The high strength polymer cement mortar is used to repair the loose parts of the column angle leakage at the width of 150mm x deep 150mm. After the repair, the site is reinforced by the paste of unidirectional carbon fiber wrap, the thickness of carbon fiber wrap is 0.111mm, and the standard value of tensile strength is 3000Mpa.
