CFRP wrapping strengthening
CFRP wrapping reinforcement and repair technology is a new type of structural reinforcement technology for slab, column, beam strengthening. After reinforcement and repair, it does not increase the original structure, the self weight and the size of the original components.
CFRP wrapping reinforcement and repair technology is a new type of structural reinforcement technology. It uses resin bonded materials to paste carbon fiber cloth on the concrete surface, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening structures and components. It has the characteristics of high strength, high efficiency, convenient construction, corrosion resistance and durability. After reinforcement and repair, it does not increase the original structure, the self weight and the size of the original components.
Reinforcing scheme
1. Column strengthening
The six layers of the 25 frame columns need to be strengthened and bonded with carbon fiber cloth to restrain the deformation of concrete, thus the compressive strength of the concrete, the axial compression ratio, the bearing capacity and the aseismic capacity of the frame column are enhanced.
2.Beam strengthening
Reinforcement scope: all seven level, eight level and top level all frame beams. The CFRP reinfroced method bonded the beam bottom, thickness of carbon fiber cloth is 0.11mm, width is same with the beam . The outer wall axis frame beam adopts the method of sticking carbon fiber cloth on the side of the beam side, and the 200mm wide carbon fiber cloth is placed on the bottom of both sides.
3.Slab strengthening
In the place with a beam -slab (negative bending area), the length of the carbon fiber cloth is 2/3 long and the 200@400 can be used. 200@400 carbon fiber is pasted along the short direction of the plate at the bottom (positive bending area). The 100@400 carbon tape are pasted along two directions to enhance the bending moment resistance of the strengthened slab.
