Aseismatic reinforcement of schools

Project overview

Project 27 tenders Shuangyushu central primary school teaching building is located in Haidian District Beijing No. 36 West Shuangyushu safe school buildings in Haidian District in 2011, the building area is 4069.80m2, eaves height 18.60m. The length of the building is 44.9m, the width of the building is 14.64m, the height of the layer is 3.6m, and the total length is 5 layers.


This project is the reinforcement of the original building, five storey housing demolition, re using masonry structure masonry fifth floor, new roof water tank room, for the removal of structural reinforcement, foundation reinforcement, the new underground fire pool, stairs, cast-in-place reinforced concrete stairs, increase insulation, increase indoor waterproof, new people on the roof aproll ramps, and increase the level of stainless steel railings, stair railing replacement replacement interior doors and windows, the building decoration, building energy-saving; strengthening the corresponding to other electrical facilities.


Reinforcement method

The foundation of basement is to increase the area of foundation and increase the coupling of beams. The method of strengthening shotcrete is applied to the basement and the original structure wall.
