This project is located in Chengdu Town, Chengdu Supercomputing Center Limited Project: Chengdu cloud computing center, construction area of 25016.24 square meters, the building height of H=15.75m, the local demand of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) materials and steel plate reinforcement.
Construction requirements
1) the requirement of Yin angle is that all the floors, columns and walls of the concrete corner are plastered, and the concrete surface is smoothed and leveled. The arc is made of cement with epoxy putty or structural glue, and the radius of the arc is not less than 20mm.
2) the angle of the Sun requires: grinding into a circular arc with a diamond angle mill, and the radius of the arc is not less than 20mm.
3) the requirement of concrete surface treatment is to remove the defects of concrete surface, such as porosity, soft, brittle and loose, to achieve solid surface. The rusted and rusty skin should be removed and the embroidery should be treated if necessary. If there is a crack in the original structure, timely report to the owner, design and supervision, and take measures in time.
4) carbon fiber sheet selection: not less than 300g/ square meters of carbon fiber fabric.
5) structural adhesive selection: supporting structural adhesive.
6) requirements of the construction environment: on-site construction of site construction temperature and humidity, the construction requirements can be achieved when the construction requirements are reached. The project is designed according to the design requirements: the indoor temperature is higher than 5 degrees centigrade, the humidity is less than 85%, otherwise it can not be constructed.
