Project Overview

This project is located in Pixian, Chengdu City, which is a 31 storey building on the ground with two storey basement. The reinforced concrete shear wall structure is used. The type of seismic fortification of the construction is class C, the safety grade of the building structure is grade two; the foundation design grade is grade A; the frame and shear wall are grade two, in normal use Under this condition, the design life of the building structure is 50 years.

The three layer and 21 axis of 5# commercial and residential building cross the L axis KL22, with a net span of 4.4 meters, high 750mm and wide 450mm. Because of the hydraulic drilling, the steel bar in the lower part of the beam is completely broken at the distance from the support seat 7cm.
