Project overview

This project is the renovation project of the new office building of Beijing Bank of China Bank . Because of the change of function, the local structure of six, ten, thirteen and seventeen layers is strengthened and reconstructed.

The carbon fiber material used for strengthening the structure, and the weight per unit area is 200g/m2. The construction of carbon fiber cloth is two layers.

Design requirements

(1) the standard value of live load for reinforcement and reconstruction of floor slab shall not exceed 5KN/m2.

(2) before sticking carbon fiber cloth, the reinforcement members should be unloaded, and the original structural components should be processed to reveal the new structural base.

(3) the surface of carbon fiber cloth is smeared with mortar. The fire limits of all components are required to meet the requirements of fire protection for the main structure of the building.

(5) the key to the improvement of the quality of the construction is the construction of the next procedure at the end of each process in the construction.

(6) in the decoration construction, it is forbidden to destroy the carbon fiber cloth that has been completed.

Construction content

(1) six layers (1-2) - (1-4) the bottom plate of /B-D axis is reinforced with double 200g CFRP.

(2) six layers (1-2) - (1-5) /B-E 200g floor CFRP is reinforced by double deck CFRP.

(3) six layers (1-2) - (1-4) /B-E frame with double 200g CFRP reinforcement.

(4) ten layers (1-6) - (1-7) the bottom plate of /B-C axis is reinforced with double 200g CFRP.

(5) ten level (1-5) - (1-8) /A-D 200g double deck CFRP reinforcement on the top of the floor.

(6) ten layers (1-5) - (1-8) /A-D frame with double 200g CFRP reinforcement.

(7) thirteen layers (1-2) - (1-4) the bottom of /A-C floor is reinforced with double 200g CFRP.

(8) thirteen level (1-2) - (1-4) /A-D 200g double deck CFRP reinforcement on the top of the floor.

(9) thirteen layers (1-2) - (1-4) /A-D frame with double 200g CFRP reinforcement. (10) seventeen (1-2) - (1-6) /A-B axis at the bottom of the double 200g type carbon fiber reinforced paste.

(11) seventeen (1-2) - (1-6) /A-B axis at the bottom is adhered to the top surface of double 200g carbon fiber cloth reinforcement.

(12) seventeen (1-2) - (1-6) /A-C axis frame beam of double 200g carbon fiber cloth reinforcement paste.
